My name is Aileen and I was born and raised in San Diego, California. I completed my undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley in 2008 and majored in Nutritional Science with an emphasis on physiology and metabolism. I went on to dental school at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. After dental school, I moved to New York City to complete a general practice residency at Montefiore Medical Center. After residency, I moved back to California and started working in Los Angeles and Orange County. Dentistry has been a very rewarding profession for me. My training allows me to use my hands to meticulously fix a problem and create a healthier mouth. I know how difficult and daunting it can be to see any health professional, so I always try and put myself in the patient’s shoes and strive to make it as comfortable for them as it can be. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. We enjoy going on hikes, going to the beach, and traveling to new places.
